Welcome to Kcivre Entertainment (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (kcivre-entertainment.com) and any DJ, entertainment, or related services we provide.

By booking services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Services

Kcivre Entertainment provides DJ, hosting, and entertainment services for events such as weddings, private parties, corporate functions, nightlife, and community events.

We reserve the right to:

• refuse bookings that conflict with existing schedules

• decline events deemed unsafe or inappropriate

• make changes to service offerings as needed

 

2. Booking & Deposits

To secure a date:

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 20–50%) is required.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A date is not officially booked until the deposit is received.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide a safe and stable environment for equipment and performance

• Supply adequate power sources

• Ensure guests and venue staff do not interfere with equipment

• Obtain all necessary venue permissions

• Communicate event details accurately

Failure to meet these requirements may affect service quality or result in cancellation without refund.

 

4. Music Requests

We do our best to honor all requests submitted before or during the event, but:

• Certain requests may not be available

• Unsuitable or profanity-heavy requests may be declined (based on your preferences)

• Final music selection is at the DJ’s discretion to maintain event flow and professionalism

 

5. Equipment & Damage

Clients are financially responsible for any damage to DJ equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or anyone not associated with Kcivre Entertainment.

Spilled drinks, physical damage, or intentional misuse may incur repair or replacement costs.

 

6. Overtime

If additional time is requested during the event, overtime rates will apply and must be paid before overtime begins unless otherwise arranged.

 

7. Event Conditions

We reserve the right to stop performance if:

• Conditions become unsafe

• Equipment is at risk

• Illegal activity occurs

• Harassment or violence is directed toward the DJ

No refunds will be given if performance ceases due to unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

 

8. Media & Promotion

Unless otherwise requested in writing, clients grant permission for Kcivre Entertainment to use event photos or short video clips for marketing purposes (website, social media, promo videos).

We will never share sensitive or private information.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Power outages

• Venue issues

• Weather conditions

• Third-party equipment failures

• Delays caused by traffic or unforeseen emergencies

If we are unable to perform due to an emergency, a qualified replacement DJ may be provided or a refund issued.

 

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services means acceptance of updated Terms.
