REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy ensures clarity and fairness for both clients and Kcivre Entertainment.

 

1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your date and prevent other clients from booking the same time.

2. Client Cancellations

If the client cancels:

 

• 30+ days before the event:

Deposit is forfeited, but no additional payment is required.

• 7–29 days before the event:

Client is responsible for 50% of the remaining balance.

• Less than 7 days before the event:

Client is responsible for the full remaining balance due to loss of opportunity for rebooking.

3. Rescheduling

We allow one free reschedule if the new date is available.

If the new date is not available, it will be treated as a cancellation.

4. Weather

For outdoor events:

  • If severe weather prevents performance, we will attempt to relocate indoors or delay start time.

  • If the event cannot proceed and no indoor option exists, the deposit is forfeited.

  • Balance may be reduced based on circumstances; handled case-by-case.

 

5. DJ-Initiated Cancellations

 

If Kcivre Entertainment must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • Client will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

  • We will make every effort to provide a qualified replacement DJ if possible.

 

6. Late Payments

Late payments may result in:

  • Additional fees

  • Cancellation of service

  • Withholding of performance until payment is made

 

7. No-Show by Client or Venue Issues

If the DJ arrives and:

  • The event is canceled onsite

  • The venue denies access

  • Safety issues prevent setup or performance

The contract is considered fulfilled and no refunds will be issued.
